Sela sweets are being employed
to reward customer-friendly pub, restaurant and hotel
staff by providing them with a tasty treat. Customer
Service Managers at the leisure group Six Continents
(formerly Bass Leisure Retail Ltd.), based in Birmingham,
frequently send out "mystery customers" to
test levels of customer service at its pubs, restaurants
and hotels up and down the country. Establishments meeting
the required stringent levels of service are rewarded
with a jar containing a mouth-watering variety of Sela's
finest sweets, complete with
a special label containing a message of thanks and the
slogan "Who cares wins"..
